I had a late breakfast and started the day relaxed – last part of chão today, less than 60 kilometers.

Salto da Divisa is the last town in the state of Minas Gerais, at the border with Bahia state. It is also a very nice place, with cobblestone-paved streets and a relaxed and sleepy atmosphere. I arrived Sunday in the afternoon, and in every courtyard there were families gathered, having food, beer and a good time together.

For my part, I had a big lunch and a very long siesta, thinking of the two days left until reach the coast.
